Terms and Conditions

Important notice re COVID-19:

Please note any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19 and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed while in attendance at the event. Ticket Tribe is not responsible for the health and safety of this event. We encourage you to follow the Event Organiser’s safety policies, as well as local laws and restrictions.

The Following outlines the purchasing Terms and Conditions of this website.

All claims and complaints are the sole responsibility of the Event Organiser.

You agree to any additional terms and conditions of entry that may be set by the Event Organiser and/or the Venue at the event.

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, except in accordance with the applicable laws in the jurisdiction of purchase. If a refund is required by law, liability is limited to the full transaction amount you originally paid minus any booking, delivery or transaction fees. Any donations or contributions paid as part of a transaction are non-refundable.

Funds from transactions processed via Ticket Tribe’s credit card merchant account (or any other payment method where the funds are received by Ticket Tribe), are held in trust until settlement with the Event Organiser, usually at the conclusion of the event. Transactions utilising Ticket Tribe’s credit card merchant account are clearly identified by the Ticket Tribe logo next to the credit card form prior to confirming purchase.

Funds from transactions processed via a Event Organiser’s own credit card merchant account go directly to the Event Organiser, and Ticket Tribe is therefore not responsible for any refunds that may be required. These transactions are clearly identified by a Event Organiser logo and payment statement next to the credit card form prior to confirming purchase.

Cameras and video recorders (film, digital or otherwise), audiotape recorders and all other recording devices may be prohibited at the event.

The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission with reasonable cause. Late arrivals may be prevented from admission until a suitable break in the programme, if any.

The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission if valid identification for concession tickets is not provided.

The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission where tickets are lost or damaged, or tickets are not purchased through Ticket Tribe or other authorised points of sale.

The Event Organiser reserves the right to withdraw, replace or substitute artists, or amend the programme, prices and/or seating arrangements.

Your personal information is held by Ticket Tribe, the Event Organiser and/or the Venue whose event you are booking tickets to. It will not be sold or passed on to any other party unless you have given the express consent to do so by opting in to hear from them.
